ASTONFLY has modern facilities, a fleet of last generation aircraft and a constant search for progress.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The\u00a0position of Junior Sales Agent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.astonfly.com\/fr\/\">ASTONFLY<\/a> is looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join the Sales Department, a key department managed by the Sales Director, assisted by permanent sales representatives.\u00a0You will participate in the prosperity and growth of the business, work in a team and deliver a quality service in order to increase the company&#8217;s target and demanding clientele.\u00a0As a Junior Sales Manager, your duties will consist of:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Process prospect\u2019s requests to transform them into customer contracts,<\/li>\n<li>Develop and promote the company&#8217;s commercial activities in accordance with the company&#8217;s commercial commitments to its customers: to offer new services to existing clients, to be a driving force in imagining new services to be presented to clients,\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Achieve the objectives set by the Sales Department and follow the company&#8217;s strategic orientations using the CRM tool,\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Organize and represent the company at various trade shows and events (Paris Air Show, Aeronautical Training and Professions Exhibition, Open Days, etc.),\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clients satisfaction through the excellence of the work provided and the customer relationship established.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Profile and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You must have a Baccalaureat +3, a proven initial commercial experience and excellent commercial skills that will enable you to be a driving force.
