From the position of Training Center Manager to the position of General Manager, the main missions of these actors are :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Supervision and coordination of the operational and pedagogical teams,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Management and follow-up of the commercial strategy set up with the Sales department,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Compliance and enforcement of regulatory compliance in conjunction with the Quality Department and the relevant authorities,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Infrastructure and equipment management,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mastery of internal and external communication, including in case of crisis,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Supervision of recruitment in conjunction with the Human Resources department,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Budget optimization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  av-animated-generic left-to-right  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_one_half  avia-builder-el-last  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Profile and skills<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The positions of Training Center Manager and General Manager require a first successful experience of at least 10 years in the aeronautical field, preferably in connection with training or customer service.
