FLIGHT OPERATIONS

The Flight Operations Department

Under the supervision of the Director of Customer Service, and in collaboration with the sales and welcome desk teams, the operations department greets, informs and advises customers by providing an irreproachable quality of service. From the position of Scheduler to the position of Operations Manager, the main missions of the department are the following:

  • Flight schedule management: aircraft, simulators, training rooms, students, instructors.
  • Administrative management of examinations: registration and follow-up of files in collaboration with civil aviation.
  • Convention administration: integration of new students.
  • Customer payment management: weekly review of customer accounts, follow-up and reminders.
  • Participation in trade fairs and other events organized within and outside the school.
  • Possible support for telephone reception, physical reception and mail reception.

Profile and skills

In order to apply for the positions in the Operations Department (Scheduler or Operations Manager), it is essential to demonstrate that you have the necessary skills and experience:

  • Excellent presentation and elocution,
