The Flight Operations Department
Under the supervision of the Director of Customer Service, and in collaboration with the sales and welcome desk teams, the operations department greets, informs and advises customers by providing an irreproachable quality of service. From the position of Scheduler to the position of Operations Manager, the main missions of the department are the following:
- Organize, structure and prepare flight schedules according to the procedures: manage reservation slots, registration for exams, ensure aircraft availability with the maintenance department,
- Take care of customers’ flight reservations and cancellations,
- Manage invoicing and follow-up of payments, administer contracts,
- Represent the company at various trade shows and events (Salon International du Bourget, France Air Expo, etc.).
