To manage and develop the activities of the ASTONSKY terminal, the management team requires experienced and dynamic profiles. From the position of FBO Manager to the position of General Manager, the main missions of the management are :

  • Supervision and coordination of operational teams,
  • Management and follow-up of the commercial strategy set up with the Sales department,
  • Respect and application of safety rules in conjunction with the Quality department and the competent authorities,
  • Infrastructure and equipment management,
  • Mastery of internal and external communication, including crisis communication,
  • Supervision of recruitment in conjunction with the Human Resources department,
  • Budget optimization.

Profiles and skills

The positions of FBO Manager or General Manager require a minimum of 10 years of successful initial experience serving a high-end clientele. In addition to a very good knowledge of luxury and a federative mind, excellent human qualities are essential. In order to integrate one of these positions, candidates must demonstrate :
