To manage and develop the activity of the ASTONTEC maintenance center, the management team requires experienced and dynamic profiles. From the position of Maintenance Center Manager to the position of General Manager, the main missions of these actors are the following:
- Supervision and coordination of operational teams,
- Development of the commercial strategy,
- Compliance and enforcement of regulatory compliance along with the Quality Department and the relevant authorities,
- Infrastructure and equipment management,
- Mastery of internal and external communication,
- Supervision of recruitment along with the Human Resources department,
- Budget optimization.
Profile and skills
The positions of Maintenance Center Manager or General Manager require a first successful experience of at least 10 years in the aeronautical field. In addition to technical knowledge and a federative skill, excellent human qualities are essential.
