THE ROLE :

So we’re looking for a committed individual who likes to excel, and someone who’s passionate about the job of Ramp Agent with a keen sense of service. You will be in charge of ramp service operations, under the instructions of the Runway Manager, with safety and customer satisfaction as your main objectives.
Your main contacts will be customers and pilots. Good interpersonal skills, responsiveness, organization and anticipation are the key words for this position.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Aircraft guidance on arrival and departure
  • Baggage loading and unloading
  • Aircraft security
  • Aircraft services (drinking water, toilet emptying, etc.)
  • Aircraft towing (inter-parking or hangar)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS :

To successfully meet these criteria, you will need to demonstrate :

  • Rigor and attention to detail, handling aircraft worth tens of millions of euros,
  • Reactivity and dynamism, always with customer satisfaction in mind,
  • Initiative, organization and anticipation of tasks to be carried out,
  • Ability to work in a context of regulatory procedures,
  • Responsibility and autonomy,
  • Ability to work as part of a team,
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, day and night,
  • Must have a valid driving licence and be able to drive,
  • Clear criminal record.


CONDITIONS : 
  • Contract: CDI
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Location: Paris-Le Bourget airport (93)
  • Status : Employee
  • Work cycle : Continuous rhythm of 4 days worked followed by 2 days off
  • Working hours : Alternating morning (from 6am to 2pm) or evening (from 2pm to 10pm) shifts, with the possibility of overtime after 10pm or before 6am.
  • Compensation
    • Fixed annual salary starting at €31,000 gross, including : €2,111 gross X 13 months, €300 gross on-call bonus X 12 months
    • Variable salary: €1,000 gross quarterly performance bonus (non-contractual, after trial period and depending on performance)
