Founded in 2009 at Toussus-le-Noble airport, ASTONSKY is expanding its business in 2019 with the acquisition of one of the 7 airport terminals at Le Bourget airport, to offer a new concept imbued with palace hotel-style service quality.

THE ROLE :

In contact with the airlines, your mission will be to organize, according to our customers’ requests, the smooth running of flights from arrival to departure. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the flight, welcoming, guiding and assisting passengers and crew, in compliance with rigorous procedures and a very high level of service quality. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing estimates, invoices and receipts.
Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, organization and anticipation are the key words for this position.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Operations agents work in pairs and, depending on the day’s assignment, you will carry out the following tasks:

  • Coordinator function:
  • Assist crews and order services (fuel, catering, press, towing, cleaning…)
  • Welcome and escort passengers to and from the aircraft
  • Coordinate aircraft positioning on the runway
  • Act as a link between the various operations and ramp departments, etc.
  • Station function :
  • Handle airline assistance requests (email, telephone)
  • Welcome and assist flight crews
  • Print flight files (weather, NOTAM, flight plans)
  • Invoice and collect services

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS :

To successfully meet these criteria, you will need to demonstrate :

  • Good oral and written communication skills in French,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Ability to be accountable,

  • Knowledge of luxury codes,
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions,
  • Must have a valid driving licence and be able to drive,
  • A clean criminal record.

Previous experience in the airline industry would be a plus.

 

CONDITIONS : 

  • Contract : CDI
  • Status : Employee
  • Location: Paris-Le Bourget airport (93)
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Work cycle : Continuous rhythm of 4 days worked followed by 2 days off on a 39h weekly basis.
  • Working hours: Alternating morning (6am to 2pm) or evening (2pm to 10pm) shifts, with the possibility of overtime after 10pm or before 6am.
  • Annual compensation starting at €35,000 gross, including :
  • 2,111 gross X 13 months,
  • 300 gross on-call bonus X 12 months
  • 1,000 gross performance bonus X 4 quarters (non-contractual, after trial period and depending on performance)
