THE ROLE :

CLAIR GROUP is looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of maintenance and upkeep agent for its buildings in Toussus-Le-Noble (78). You will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the premises (classrooms, offices, hangars).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

For this position, your duties will be as follows:

• Clean surfaces and premises
• Carry out all routine preventive and corrective maintenance work on equipment
• General maintenance of installations
• Supervise external service providers working on site
• Carry out basic repairs on faulty equipment
• Carry out handling or furniture assembly/disassembly operations
• Maintain green spaces

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS :

Beginner accepted. A first similar experience would be a plus. You have the basic knowledge to handle small repairs. You have a valid driving licence.

• Salary: €26,400 gross per year
