THE ROLE :

ASTONTEC is looking for a warehouseman to strengthen its team.
Your role will be to manage all parts requirements for the ASTONTEC workshop, as well as customer orders, and to support the technical office in the preparation of maintenance files.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Your duties in this position will include :

  • Stock management: control of product rotation, checking availability, sourcing from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, inventory.
  • Checking conformity of products received and delivered
  • Packing, packaging, receiving and shipping
  • Order follow-up
  • Competitive research
  • Review of purchase prices and selection of suppliers
  • Customer reception at the counter

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS :

You have a diploma in aeronautics or logistics, or equivalent skills/experience in aircraft maintenance (BT, OPS).

  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel)
  • Technical English – good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance and regulations strongly appreciated.

You will also need to demonstrate..:

  • thoroughness, attention to detail, method, organization
  • Ability to adapt (numerous specificities depending on aircraft types and customers) and to work as part of a team
  • Ability to write and summarize, and to manage and update different sources of documentation
  • Autonomy

To access the airport, it is essential to have a car.

 

CONDITIONS : 

  • Contract: CDI Full time (39h)
  • Status: Technician
  • Location: Toussus-Le-Noble Airport (78)
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Remuneration: 28k € gross per year
  • No criminal record required
