Job at the welcome desk

As the first employee representing ASTONFLY, the reception agent holds a key position. Under the supervision of the General Manager, and in collaboration with the sales team and the operations department, you will welcome, inform and advise our customers and students, providing them with an impeccable quality of service. His/her main missions are the following :

  • Ensure the physical and telephone reception according to the procedures,
  • Provide a professional and top-notch service,
  • Follow up on aircraft reservations (Check in/Check out),
  • Ensure that the school’s infrastructure, equipment and amenities are well maintained,
  • Manage mail and receipt of deliveries,
  • Controlling access and movement of people.
  • Organize back-to-school events and outings for students,
  • Show prospects around the school.
