Customer Care Executive

The Customer Care Executive will be part of the ASTONJET Team and will report to the General Manager. The Customer Care Department is a key department to ensure customer satisfaction for all ASTONJET flights worldwide, for charter clients as well as Astonjet’s aircraft owners.

At the very heart of a busy private business airline, you will proactively ensure high quality customer service, through the control of luxury services provided on board, the check of the condition of the aircrafts in terms of cleaning and equipment, the follow up of the fleet stocks, the creation of procedures and the training of all flight attendants/pilots, and the development of new partnerships with suppliers to also always optimize costs.

Provide high quality customer service and embody Astonjet’ values
Build and maintain customer relations through regular feedback and direct contact
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure the client’s needs and wishes are met
Develop partnerships with suppliers, quality checks and invoicing control (catering, transport etc…)
Ensure the perfect condition of the aircrafts and communicate with owners/designers/technicians to coordinate works
Create procedures and deliver training to FA/Pilots
 

Professional experience and Interpersonal Skills

A strong desire to work in a busy aviation business with a high degree of energy, drive and a willingness to take on responsibilities
Excellent negotiation skills to deal with service providers in order to enhance the company figures
Able to multi-task and work well in a dynamic, fast paced team environment
Ability to think outside of the box and work logically to solve problems
Excellent communication, organization and effective time management skills to manage delicate situations with diplomacy and empathy
Experience on service and be customer oriented with a sound knowledge of the world of luxury
Fluent in French AND English, spoken and written and good IT skills

Contract: Full time, Permanent employment, alternate shifts day, evenings, nights and weekends
Salary: 32 500€
